Any agent is fine when transactions go smoothly, but an agent with experience and contacts throughout the industry is imperative when things dont go as well as planned. Selling my house had many twists and turns. The day of closing the buyer had an issue with their financing. Lynne was able to leverage her contacts and spoke with the higher ups at the mortgage brokerage and got the deal closed. I am certain had I used an average agent who just opens doors, who didnt have Lynnes experience and contacts, the deal would have fallen through. Highly recommended for all real estate needs.

From first conversation we knew that we made a right choice. Because we were in town for only 2 days she had to arrange multiple showings in a row. She filled us in on local nuances like roof age, insurance issues etc. Even though we were looking in Boca, we didnt see anything we liked.
