Most recently, I decided to investigate and then move after happening to walk by a cute small house in central Hudson that was for sale. I called Trevor to navigate the purchase with me - and am glad I did when a competing bid arose at the last minute. His advice was invaluable and I was able to secure the new house. While that was going on, Trevor advised me on the potential sale of my existing house in Hudson. While some fixing up was necessary, he was able to coach me on what was essential to do and what in fact the new owner might prefer to do. Within a day or two of a contract being signed for my new house, Trevor had my existing house on line and on the market. And after only 2 days on the market, my old house was under contract. Lucky yes, but skillfully thought through and executed. The closings were then staged with only a week/10 days between such that I had time to move but only a short time owning both properties. Trevor is a real professional - knowledgeable and thoughtful - and a kind soul to work with. Highly recommend!

We started off by looking for houses in an area he knew, but ended up purchasing in a completely different area. We definitely took him well out of the area he normally works in, however he had no complaints. Although he didnt know the area we did and are very happy with where we chose. We had answers to all of our questions within a few hours of asking. He kept the processing moving as effortlessly as he could as we had a bit of a deadline due to having to transfer school districts. We will definitely recommend John to anyone looking for a realtor!

He appear more worried about getting his money and the people buying the house then he was me the seller in the end and few very questionable things he did rather than being honest with me and even cost me money then never heard a damm thing from him afterwards and he was working for me he played both sides selling the house was good but when I could have needed him to have my back he wasnt there
