We wanted a bigger yard than in town usually provides, we wanted a basement, two bathrooms, and didnt want to completely flip a house at a reasonable cost. He was always up for bringing us to a property and letting us make a decision but guiding us toward what to look for to ensure we are in a home that has good bones and in a great area. We also had a lot of confusing situations from the seller that he managed through for us.
