I originally found our home listing on Zillow while browsing through what was available in the area. I requested a viewing and was seen to promptly, but by a secondary realtor from Keller Williams (Rebecca Busch). After viewing the home Rebecca notified me that Eric would be in touch with me and that he was currently on vacation. I was afraid that he would be very hit and miss, especially so since I work nights. Not only did Eric surprise me by always being available, even calling me while going into space mountain and small world at Disney with his family, but was always very professional and worked around me and with me to understand the whole house buying process. He never shied away from any issues between buyer or seller that we had and always looked out for my best interest. He was friendly and always approachable. If I were to buy or sell ever again, I would go through Eric.
