To be honest, this was my first time buying a home and I cannot be more happy with the results from start to finish teaming up with Dana King. From the first moment I met Dana I knew shed be the person to help me find my Home! This was especially evident on our first showing and Dana asked me I had checked out the crawl space yet and then proceeded to crawl in their herself to have a look. I mean, who even does that? Amy was great to work with. She was very patient with us as we viewed multiple homes over many months. The housing market during this period, February - August 2021, was very difficult for buyers utilizing VA loans. She finally found the right home in the right area for us and we were able to get our offer in and accepted because she worked diligently for us during a holiday weekend. Highly recommended.

Bob Helbert is not only above and beyond but in all my lifelong experience he is the best Realtor, bar none. He has a wonderful personality that is never intrusive. I completed a 1031 Exchange that requires time to truly be aEURoeof the essenceaEUR?. Bob responded to every text, email and call in a timely manner. His knowledge of North Carolina and Wake County is excellent as well as his grasp of all things related to real estate. He even helped point out some serious issues on exterior siding that I had overlooked on a home we were considering but ultimately walked away from. He expeditiously assisted us to find and close on a beautiful home within the time allotted for a 1031 Exchange even though the marketplace is more difficult now than possibly at any time in history. His guidance in the negotiation process was invaluable. He is simply amazing.
