Susan showed up at the initial interview with a complete presentation of the house history, community, regulations and price range in a professional hardbound notebook. After signing a contract, there were many showings. The property was sold to the 4th person to look at it and the close was within 4-5 months of signing a contract with Susan. I would highly recommend Susan as a real estate agent and a masterful negotiator. She was always available to talk and discuss any issues.
