ZillowVERIFIEDSteve was fantastic to work with. When we first meet we told him we were looking because we had a property we had to sell before we could purchase. He said that was fine and proceeded to meet with us and find out what we were looking for. He is very knowledgeable in the area and explained the areas to us. He also told us things that we needed to be aware of since this was the first time we were looking at a high rise. Steve kept us in the loop while the house was being sold. Once sold he began a search with us. He took time to take is to all the condos we wanted to see. He also made sure that we knew things that we needed to be sure to include in our search. Once we found a place Steve was able to complete the purchase for us. Since we didnt live not live in the area he lined up the plumber, painter and electrician that we needed. Also, a week before closing the lender pulled out because it was a 1031 sale and in a trust they said they didnt loan on that type of property. We gave them that information up front so we are not quite sure why this well know company did this Steve jumped right in a helped us find a lender and insurance and we closed the deal on time. If you want a realtor who goes out of his way to help and make sure his clients are getting the best deal the Steve should be your realtor.

At which point I asked him to send me ads for homes that are on the market. You guessed it, he did that as well. Due to market shifts in price even though we did two viewing no deals were made. I think the most important step in home buying is to choose the right agent. After the first show of a home, I felt comfortable with his knowledge of the process. He told us what to look for and how to look at a potential home. We asked plenty of questions. We got plenty of answers and advice.Then we looked at a second home and got better educated and more at ease. Steve pointed at issues that we were overlooking and we became more convinced that he was the right agent for us. I think we hit the jackpot with the third home, which we identified after hours of online search in the middle of the night. We contacted Steve right away, with a bit of urgency. He got us to see the house first thing next morning. We liked it. Asked Steve to help us put on an offer. Two months later -including Christmas time, we were closing on the property.
