eXp Realty of California, Inc.

Steve recently helped me buy my first home and I couldnt have had a better experience. Hes highly knowledgeable not only about the market but also about the conditions and constructions of the homes we saw. He was always respectful of my budget and my preferences, and at no point out any pressure on me to budge. Hes very responsive which makes a huge difference in a market that moves as quickly as San Diego. Cant recommend him enough!

Steve was fantastic to work with. When we first meet we told him we were looking because we had a property we had to sell before we could purchase. He said that was fine and proceeded to meet with us and find out what we were looking for. He is very knowledgeable in the area and explained the areas to us. He also told us things that we needed to be aware of since this was the first time we were looking at a high rise. Steve kept us in the loop while the house was being sold. Once sold he began a search with us. He took time to take is to all the condos we wanted to see. He also made sure that we knew things that we needed to be sure to include in our search. Once we found a place Steve was able to complete the purchase for us. Since we didnt live not live in the area he lined up the plumber, painter and electrician that we needed. Also, a week before closing the lender pulled out because it was a 1031 sale and in a trust they said they didnt loan on that type of property. We gave them that information up front so we are not quite sure why this well know company did this Steve jumped right in a helped us find a lender and insurance and we closed the deal on time. If you want a realtor who goes out of his way to help and make sure his clients are getting the best deal the Steve should be your realtor.

We met Steve through a tour request through Zillow. We had no expectations other than seeing a property. We had several connections to other realtors but after meeting Steve, we were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the markets and honesty. Throughout the process Steve was accessible, forthcoming and matched our sense of urgency. We would highly recommend Steve as your agent. Thanks again Steve for the wonderful experience!

I was incredibly fortunate to have Steve Myers as my realtor for my first home purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the home buying process in general, as well as the specific nuances that come with buying a home in San Diego. He has a great attention to detail, and I could always trust that if I mentioned some problem or small question about the house in passing, he would always follow up on it and get the question answered or the problem solved. Highly recommend if you're looking for a realtor who you can trust will be on top of things, and I will definitely go to him for help if we end up wanting to move to a different home.

Steve did an amazing job in helping us to find and purchase the perfect condo for us. He is professional, detailed and hard working. He really looked out for us. I highly recommend him.
