She got the best possible price for me, never lost patience when I did and became very angry over the buyers' greed and failure to settle as scheduled. She always remained supportive of me. Stephanie's insight into people, her efficiency and her creative negotiation skills TWICE saved the sale. She ALWAYS responded to calls when available and messages as soon as she was free-- never waited long to reach her no matter how many times in a day toward closing I needed to ask for her advice. She stood firm against hardball tactics by the buyers' agent and made sure I was compensated for that agent's cause of a settlement delay. It's honesty like that that all agents should have. Instead of making another 6 hour drive, she suggested , and then set up an appointment for a video tour for that afternoon. I recommend Stephanie for her up-front honesty, and hope to add another great review after buying our house!
