About Starling Preuninger

I have a passion for homes and before working as a licensed realtor in WA and OR I had a decorative painting/design business for 15 years called Wallscapes and Starling Homes. I have lived in both Oregon and Washington so I am your perfect resource for both sides of the river. I work with several other realtors who together we make a great team that can help you with all your needs. One agent who is Chinese can help with all of our clients who need a mandarin speaking agent. I have always enjoyed the art of making a persons house their home. I love the process of staging the properties to sell and remodeling the home to get ready for the market. I also have great contacts for the buyer who might need to remodel or update after or before their purchase! I have worked with many investors finding that gem to remodel for resale or rentals. I also love the search for that buyer who wants to find that perfect house to make their home. I feel because of my background and passion for homes I can meet almost everyones needs and I have a strong work ethic and I do not quit until we are all satisfied. I do specialize in Camas and East Vancouver. My husband has been a teacher/Coach in Camas School district for over 15 years now. We have alot of insight on the schools, teachers and activities in the Camas area. We have had 3 of our 4 children who attended all the schools in Camas and Union high school. Starling was fantastic throughout the entire process of selling our house. My wife and I were preparing to relocate 2,600 miles away from the our home in SW Washington l and enlisted her help almost immediately. She helped us identify opportunities to improve the value of the house from the onset and to attract quality buyer candidates to our property. She identified resources to help us prepare and staged the entire house after wed moved out. After the first Open House, we received a number of bids at our full asking price.
