Honestly, Ive never had a better experience with any other realtor. Starling is above and beyond the best Ive ever worked with. From helping me to purchase my new home (with lots of competing bids, and I know her expertise was a huge factor in being chosen) to selling my former home, shes the absolute best! Starlings knowledge about the housing market is unsurpassable. She knew what price my former home would bring if it wasnt renovated and what it would bring if it was renovated, and she was right on the money. It was a huge renovation and Starling used her connections (along with the help of Rufus Shaw, one of her colleagues, and hes fantastic too!) to help me find all the different contractors to bring the job to completion. She was ALWAYS available to answer questions or do whatever was needed. I dont think she sleeps! Her knowledge of interior design definitely came in handy when staging my home also. Starling is the complete package! Shes honest, encouraging, knowledgeable, and reassuring (which I needed because it is 2020, so enough said). She worked tirelessly to get my house on the market and there was a pending bid in less than a week (and the listing closed in a month!). If youre looking for a phenomenal realtor, you can stop right now because youve found her. Ill recommend her to everyone whos looking to sell or buy!
