ZillowVERIFIED- Avoid at All Costs We deeply regret choosing Lynn as our realtor. Her representation was a severe disservice to our interests as buyers. Most alarmingly, she failed to disclose this was a dual agency situation, creating a fundamental conflict of interest where her loyalty was clearly with the seller. She actively discouraged us from a home inspection and, when significant structural and safety issues (including mold, a leaky roof, bad electrical, broken windows and doors) emerged right before closing, she greatly pressured us to proceed instead of advocating for us. We now believe we overpaid by at least $80,000 for a house that requires extensive repairs. We cannot stress this enough: Lynn is not a trustworthy advocate for a homebuyer. We are living with the consequences of her dishonesty and negligence.
