ZillowVERIFIEDI started looking for a house well over a year ago and I lucked out big time when I connected with Shannon through Zillow. I lost track of how many houses she showed me, there were several and some of them were a bit scary but Shannon was very patient. Shannon was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional every step of the way. When I finally found the right house, she went to work immediately to make sure it became mine. I would highly recommend Shannon, you will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Shannon was recommended through family who had used her to buy a home and did a remarkable job. She was able to help us relocate over 400 miles in a pretty short time period. When we were able to drive down, she would squeeze in as many house viewings as possible to find our future home. Any time we had questions she always found the answers for us. After buying the house we did run into a late night tricky situation with the selling agent and Shannon was there asap to help out and make sure we were okay. Shannon feels more like a friend with your best interests in mind helping you find a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Shannon was amazing! This was our first time buying a new house and she walked us through step by step, answering all of our questions and was readily available whenever I needed her. She helped with every aspect of the process, would even answer my texts late at night if I felt I had pressing questions, helped us place our offer on a holiday weekend, was just always there for us and I really don?t see how we could have done any of it without her!

ZillowVERIFIED We immediately fell in love with Shannon! If I could give her 100 out of 5 I would. This was our first home purchase, and she made it her mission to help find us an affordable and comfortable home. Shannon stood by us, giving us her full support with any decision we made, and spent many hours of her time with us in person, on the phone, and by text to make sure we understood everything. We could never have done this without her and we are so incredibly grateful for her professionalism and her genuine kindness. When were ready for our next place, no doubt were calling Shannon. ??

ZillowVERIFIED Shannon is the best! From the very beginning of the process she listened to our needs and helped us throughout the entire process. There were many times that we were nervous, but she was steadfast and was reassuring to trust in the process. She was very accommodating to our requests for getting access to properties that we were interested in as well as respectful to our availability when showing our home. I would highly recommend Shannon to anyone that needs to sell or buy a home. You are in great hands if you have her representing you or your family.

ZillowVERIFIED Shannon was great. We happened upon her by luck, and glad we did. She was on top of every issue, and got answers to all my questions. The only reason I didn't give her a 5 on Negotiation skills was because she never got a chance to practice them!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot begin to say enough positive things about Shannon. We were assigned her as our realtor through Zillow and I'm so thankful we were given her! We had two days to find a home before we had to go back to Florida and she made sure we saw multiple properties while we were in town. The house she found for us couldnt have been more perfect! Once getting to know us, she knew what we were really looking for and found us the house of our dreams. The home we ended up buying had things we didnt even know we wanted and its been incredible. She was able to help us smoothly with the process of buying and we were able to close within 21 days! It was amazing and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for their dream home!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Shannon was incredible. We were helping our daughter in buying a house. Shannon listened to what we were looking for then arranged over several weeks, showings of different propoerties. She was always available and incredibly knowledgeable. The crazy part is Shannon and my daughter looked at a house without us being there due to out schedules... My daughter called us and said this one is perfect... Shannnon called us and told us this had everything we were looking for etc. She worked with us in putting in the offer and it was accepted. We did not see the house until final walk through. It was pefect.... Shannon was magic from day 1...Absolutely the best real estate agent and a wonderfule person!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Shannon helped us buy a home in On Top of the World in Oct/Nov 2021. Our first contact was by phone from WA state where we were then living. Shannon was very responsive and when we visited Ocala, with her help, we bought a home in about a week. She listened and heard what we wanted and needed, and then helped us secure the house we wanted in a competitive bidding situation. After that she helped us through what turned out to be a rather tricky closing situation, including negotiating with the selling broker in Ocala as well as our selling broker in WA. Once the deal was secure she helped find the needed inspectors and cleaners to prepare for our arrival and move-in. Sharon is highly competent both in the finding the house and negotiating the deal, truthful and honest, assuring with clients, and easy to deal with. She went out of her way to accommodate us in Ocala and from across the country. We would highly recommend her.
