Shannon was amazing! This was our first time buying a new house and she walked us through step by step, answering all of our questions and was readily available whenever I needed her. She helped with every aspect of the process, would even answer my texts late at night if I felt I had pressing questions, helped us place our offer on a holiday weekend, was just always there for us and I really don?t see how we could have done any of it without her!

When we were able to drive down, she would squeeze in as many house viewings as possible to find our future home. Any time we had questions she always found the answers for us. After buying the house we did run into a late night tricky situation with the selling agent and Shannon was there asap to help out and make sure we were okay. Shannon feels more like a friend with your best interests in mind helping you find a home.

I lost track of how many houses she showed me, there were several and some of them were a bit scary but Shannon was very patient. Shannon was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional every step of the way. When I finally found the right house, she went to work immediately to make sure it became mine.
