I have worked with power brokers selling a 6 unit multi family in Mountain View Ca. as well as buying properties from Hedge Fund companies. What it comes down to when working with the biggest sale of most peoples lives, is trust. Paul was the 1st person I called when I had the next property to sell. If integrity, experience and performance matter, he's the best choice I've seen. Having Paul in your corner is a blessing.

ZillowVERIFIEDPaul Boudier is selling the home that my wife and I rent. We are not the homeowners. On the surface, Boudier seems like a nice, caring real-estate agent. Once the veil is lifted, however, the opposite is true. He told my wife that if we were unwilling to allow him to show the house on a given date, he would simply: give 24 hours notice and just show up anyway. We are in the middle of packing this house during the holidays; not by choice and not by fault. Boudier chided my wife when the house was not up to his own standards of cleanliness for the showing. We are a family of six, with a newborn (and two dogs. And yes... He also complained that I had not cleaned up the dog droppings in the backyard). There were other unprofessional statements and unethical threats, some lies too, but those were the most upsetting encounters. As a renter, its hard enough to be accommodating for the agent showing the house that is your Home. To be lied to, to be threatened and chided by that agent, is where my good graces end. Paul has made this process exponentially more difficult than it needs to be.

Besides being an actual expert in the field his ability to communicate in an understanding and respectful way are soft skills that many agents lack. ZillowVERIFIEDI called him about a property he had listed and had a sign on that I was interested in buying. I talked with him briefly. He deligated the call to an assistant who never called back. Later he had the nerve to email me bugging me to ask me to like him on Facebook.
