The first sentence in their email to me was ?All Realtors are not created equal!? How right they are! Patty is by far the best realtor that I have dealt with. She is both professional and approachable. She answered all of my questions and did so in a manner that made me feel I could ask her more questions. She promptly returned my calls and answered my emails. Patty arranged for professional looking photos of my home. She went above and beyond what I had expected. She addressed and formulated a plan to deal with my multiple pets during the showings of my home. With her knowledge of Sylmar she helped me price my home so that not only did it sell quickly but did so with multiple offers way above my asking price. During Escrow she kept me informed along the way. The National Real Estate Review Board got it right when they recommended Patty. She is the realtor you want to have whether you are selling or buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED The home that we listed with Mrs. Billings was sold to the very first buyer that unfortunately had a less than desirable agent. Only through the professional diligence of Mrs. Billings (in concert with the buyers) were we able to close on the house despite the lack of follow through by the buyers agent. Mrs. billings took charge and worked very favorably with the buyers to address all of the short comings of the buyers agent. The sale of the property has closed and both the seller and the buyer are extremely pleased with the transaction supported by Mrs. Billings. Should I require another agent in the future I believe the choice is obvious...you may want to consider the same decision.

ZillowVERIFIED Patricia was exceptional. She was representing the sellers of the house we wanted to buy. After multiple negative experiences with other agents, we walked into an open house and were shocked to actually find the listing agent hosting it herself (out of all the houses we saw for months, it was always a junior or new agent that couldnt answer our questions). We were so impressed with how professional, engaged and passionate that Patricia was, we asked her if she could represent us as buyers for the same house she was selling. Yes, we were that impressed! Throughout the entire process (multiple offers and a bidding war, ugh!) she was available to us immediately all the time via text, phone, in person visits - you name it. She clearly has a lot of experience and advised us every step of the way while maintaining her fiduciary responsibilities for the sellers. She obviously has a lot of experience and was always ready to assist us whenever we needed to make a decision. She was more knowledgeable, responsive and organized than any of the escrow, loan, banking staff put together that we worked with. She never passed the buck to any junior agents. She was physically present for every inspection, document signing, and went above and beyond when the sellers left a bunch of stuff at the house by showing up ready to work - literally putting her gloves on and engaged in physical labor to move the items and coordinating with the sellers friends and neighbors to get the stuff out of the way for us. Our dream was to make sure we found a home in the same neighborhood so our little boys wouldnt lose their friends. That dream was accomplished but only because of Patricias hard work. The loan would not have closed on time had anyone else represented us because she is 100% responsible for the timeline and even told them what to do! My loan officer literally told me, I cant wait for this to close because Patty is relentless about every detail. LOL. And that folks, is exactly what you want in an agent. My home closed on 5/20/2016. Nearly three months later, Im still gushing about the service Patty provided us. Ill never look to another agent besides Patty. Shes practically family now. :)
