ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough wonderful things about Nick and Lori Calvert. They were more than phenomenal in assisting me to sell my brothers home in Norfolk, Va. To add to the challenge I am out of state and my brother was in the process of moving to Florida. Their professionalism and hard work resulted in the selling of my brothers home in record time! They not only followed up with me continuously but went out of their way on several occasions to help make this transaction as smooth as possible. If you are thinking of putting your home on the market, do yourself a big favor and contact the Calvert Real Estate Group!

ZillowVERIFIED I had the experience to work with Nick through the ABNB Smartmove program over the past year and it has been extremely delightful. Nick really knows how to get things done. He didnt push any properties on me and was always willing to show me anything I wanted to see in a timely manner. His guidance really helped make the process pretty seamless. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone who is in the process of buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I listed my property myself on Zillow. Nick called me the very next day, very first caller. We was very Helpful and polite on the phone, no pressure kind of conversations. He respected my wishes on giving me a week to Sell it myself and even offered advice on how to go about doing it. During my week of showings and interviews with other realtors, I came to the conclusion that I am not a Realtor. Buyers are reluctant to make offers on properties without proper representation. I chose Nick over all other realtors because of his realistic home price analysis and is well networked in the field. Hes on time, can be easily reached by phone. Very Knowledgeable on the selling process and always followed up every step of the way to make sure I was ok with everything. After a week I had a full price offer on my house.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick was great and extremely knowledgeable about the market. Not only is Nick very nice but I appreciated his transparency throughout the process. He definitely talked me off a few ledges LOL! He assured me everything was going to be okay and that he was here for ME which meant so much! At the end, my house was sold rather quickly and a HUGE burden has been lifted off my shoulders! Thank you Nick and Lori for everything, I appreciate you both!!

They sold our residence at asking price in less than a month! Other agents told us wed never sell without taking a loss. I would highly recommend the Calverts to anyone looking to make a move.

ZillowVERIFIED Going into the home search I was incredibly skeptical of realtors based on prior experiences. Nick, however, came highly recommended by a coworker and his family. He quickly became an incredible asset in the home buying process. From step one to the very end (and afterward), Nick was there for any questions or concerns I had, no matter the time or how silly they were. He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and wants to find the right home, not just a place to live. I cant thank him and Lori enough.

ZillowVERIFIED We originally got a reference for Nick Calvert to list and sell our primary home in Chesapeake and we were so satisfied with the experience, we asked him if he could sell our rental property which had been on the market for several months. Nick and Lori quickly assessed the property, took new pictures of the property and put it back on the market. He was able to get the house under contract within a month. We had a great experience working with him and I recommend he be the first person you call if you are looking to sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick and Lori came in and were realistic about what we could sell our house for. We were on the same page throughout the process about what needed to be done and when we had showings. Throughout the process he gave us feedback on what the comments of the house. They helped us understand that the number one comment was something that we couldn?t control (main road). He kept us updated throughout the process even when we were making our cross country move as well. He was realistic and had data to back up when he recommended a price change. Nick and Lori did a fantastic job.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were extremely happy working with Nick and his wife, Lori, on the sale of our home. We had numerous setbacks, but Nick was upfront about helping us get the house ready to list, bringing in a photographer to do the listing photos and answering our questions in as much detail as possible no matter how any times we asked! They are knowledgeable, readily available, helpful and just all around kind and understanding throughout a long, arduous, sometimes mystifying process. We recommend them without reservation to anyone we can!
