Long and Foster

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nick and Lori Calvert. They were more than phenomenal in assisting me to sell my brothers home in Norfolk, Va. To add to the challenge I am out of state and my brother was in the process of moving to Florida. Their professionalism and hard work resulted in the selling of my brothers home in record time! They not only followed up with me continuously but went out of their way on several occasions to help make this transaction as smooth as possible. If you are thinking of putting your home on the market, do yourself a big favor and contact the Calvert Real Estate Group!

Nick and his wife Lori are truly a dream team! Their knowledge of the market and advice were spot on. From listing my property through closing they kept me informed and never failed to answer the phone. They made the entire transaction stress-free. I highly recommend Nick for a quick and efficient sale!

Nick is amazing to work with! Extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He knows the market inside and out. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to buy in the Virginia Beach area.

I had the experience to work with Nick through the ABNB Smartmove program over the past year and it has been extremely delightful. Nick really knows how to get things done. He didnt push any properties on me and was always willing to show me anything I wanted to see in a timely manner. His guidance really helped make the process pretty seamless. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone who is in the process of buying a home.
