Possibly. If a veteran is buying a home, they can get a VA loan which allows for no money down financing. Virginia has programs to help people with grants for their down payments. If Georgia has programs like that, that could be an option too. Your best bet is to connect with a lender and/or an agent who are well versed in the financing options in your area.
