Century 21 Redwood Realty

This is our second time working with Nancy. She helped us secure a rental when relocating to the area, and most recently helped us purchase our new home. Both times Nancy was a joy to work with. Very down to earth, very helpful, and extremely knowledgable. Even know that our real estate transaction is done, I know I can still contact her if I need advice, or a recommendation.

Nancy did an amazing job with our first home purchase! She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and will help you with any questions you may have during the process. Could not recommend her enough and will definitely be reaching out if the time comes in the future!

We've worked with Nancy twice. Both times, she was thorough, professional, and responsive. Her knowledge extends past the information on the real estate licensing test and into ways to make selling a home less painful. My job doesn't allow me to respond to phone calls during the day, so she set up a wonderful web-based system for scheduling showings. I loved it. If you need some personalized real estate sales service, call Nancy.

Fabulous! Absolutely fabulous! Nancy is experienced which leads to her absolutely elite level of knowledge and expertise when it comes to the preparation and sale of your home. She broke down every step such that we knew what to expect, what we needed to do and how to understand all aspects of the transaction from preparation to closing and beyond. I cannot recommend Nancy Pav enough. You will not be disappointed. I can assure you of that!

A+ for responsiveness, attention to detail, knowledgeable recommendations and guidance through the process. Nancy Pav is the ultimate professional who attends to the special needs of the buyer and goes beyond expectations. She keeps things organized and moving forward with the seller's agent. I worked with her before for a purchase and a rental so I knew ahead that she's the very BEST! And I truly appreciate her personal service.
