ZillowVERIFIED I met with a number of realtors when I decided in August to sell my rental house "as is" and chose Mike because he was very clear about every detail and offered a military or education discount. As promised, he maintained contact on a very regular basis and even endured unprecedented poor behavior from exiting tenants. By September we had a reasonable offer and closed in October. Mike communicated throughout the whole process, with assurances, timelines, cost analyses and even recommended a great tax consultant because I was unsure how capital gains worked. I can't thank him, and the whole team at Exit First Realty, enough. They moved fast, professionally and pleasantly.
