Mr. Liberti made recommendations to make the home more desirable for buyers and the market. Mr. Liberti located the necessary resources that enabled me to put the house on the market with the recommended upgrades and an improved presentation of my home. While the house was on the market I was not local. Once on the market, multiple complications arose. Given the fact that I was not local and Mr. Liberti personally oversaw each issue from the onset of the problem to the resolution. He located the necessary professionals to perform the services and was available to meet with professionals when I was unable to be present. When offers were made on the home, Mr. Liberti expertly negotiated on my behalf. It was a very challenging process. Mr. Liberti was professionally competent, supportive, and emotionally encouraging. His communication skills are excellent both from an understanding of the housing market and my specific house feedback through weekly updates and personal interactions with me. He respected my input and responded appropriately. He is trustworthy, humble, honest, and has integrity. Prior to Mr. Liberti my opinion of realtors was not much higher than my opinion of used car salesmen.
