About Michelle Merando

Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, I have witnessed the real estate market here continuously grow and I am passionate about the tri-county area. Prior to joining Klacik Real Estate, I worked in sales and studied interpersonal communication and marketing. As your realtor, I will be an advocate for you. Whether you are selling, buying or investing, I will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. My marketing experience helps my sellers get the fairest price in the least possible amount of time using state of the art technology and advertising materials. My research and interpersonal communication experience serves as a fantastic negotiating skill for my buyer's purchases. As an investor myself, I understand ROI and how to calculate returns. I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time Realtor, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I will accomplish this through constant communication and being accessible whenever you need me. While not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband JV (also a real estate professional) and our son Gino. We enjoy entertaining friends and family, spending time outdoors, and exploring the parks and lakes our valley has to offer. It would be a pleasure and honor to work with you.

Michelle is beyond amazing. She is someone who is truly there for you through this whole process. She is kind, honest and respectful. She worked so hard for us during this process. Michelle was great through the whole experience of buying our first home!
