We actually didn't think it was the airtight time for us to buy. We had 2 homes to sell, we had a cruise planned, we just had too much going on. We were planning on waiting a year to buy a home, but we loved the home too much. We contacted Michele and found out she wasn't the listing agent. We explain dour situation and she said that she could make it happen. And she did! We were able to sell two homes and purchase a third with minimal hassles. I would say that Michele was amazingly responsive throughout the entire process. She made sure to walk us through each step of the way. And whenever we had a question or needed something, she was immediately available. If she was otherwise indisposed, she would send us a text letting us know that she would respond as soon as she had a free minute. She always followed through with those commitments.
