Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough about Michele and her team. Renee was a blessing to work with and when things got tough with negotiations and closing, Michele didn't balk at all - she knuckled down and got the deal done. Not only that, she represented us better than we could have done ourselves and made sure that we were aware of everything going on throughout the entire process.

Absolutely refreshing to have good help after a bad experience with someone else. Michele was just so on top of everything from start to end. Navigating this all from out of state was so much easier with her. I'd never go with anybody else again.

Throughout the sales process from start to close (and paperwork too) Michele was extremely professional and diligent. We took a fair but aggressive stance in pricing our property, and Michele was candid and consistent in marketing it, even during "dry" periods. Sometimes persistence pays, and we ultimately got a very fair and favorable transaction. We enjoyed working with Michele, and would highly recommend her for Sedona/Yavapai properties.
