If you prefer over communication and more details vs. if you're more laid back, he can quickly and effectively adapt. He was attentive to our needs and wishes, even when we knew we were annoying! Review My wife and I have bought and sold many properties over the past 45 years. This was the smoothest transaction we have ever had. Marc gave us good advice up front about what the home was worth. After listing the property, he continued to give good advice as we adjusted the price as the market rapidly changed. We had three open houses, and each time we received timely updates on the traffic at the open house and any positive and negative comments the agent at the open house received. Within a couple weeks of listing the property, we had an offer we accepted. The rest of the the Team at the firm helped us at every step of the way, from the listing, all the way through the closing. We always felt that we were up to date with the progress and they assisted us with getting every thing scheduled to ensure a smooth closing. Review My wife and I just sold our townhouse in Henrico, VA. We bought it several years ago. Following the grandchildren! Jeanne Brooksbank from Marc Austin Properties at Exit helped us buy it back then, and when we found out we had to move to Denver, we immediately called Jeanne to help us sell the house. Both of our experiences (buying and selling) with her were wonderful! What a super pleasant, super knowledgeable realtor. She was responsive to all our questions, answering most of all them the same day. We were impressed. We connected with her right away. We also had the pleasure of meeting Marc Austin, the broker. He explained their marketing plan of not yet opening the house for viewing while letting folks know about it coming on line soon. I think that really had folks eager to see the house once it finally was placed on the market. There were 20 something showings in the course of a week. And 5 offers. We were pleasantly surprised. Marc's marketing plan was a winner. We also discussed the asking price with Jeanne and Marc My wife and I were having difficulty coming up with an amount. They zeroed in on a number, and after hearing their reasons and rationale, my wife and I were on board. The house sold quickly and we made a nice profit.
