As a first time homebuyer not knowing what we were getting into or much about the homebuying process and what to look for , Trent made very quick and easy work of understanding what we were looking for and finding options within our budget. Trent is a local Richmonder who knows the area and market well. He is calm, communicative, and resourceful. However, his best attribute is his ability to adapt to your style and needs. If you prefer over communication and more details vs. if you're more laid back, he can quickly and effectively adapt. He was attentive to our needs and wishes, even when we knew we were annoying! When it was time to negotiate and sell our house, he worked overtime to ensure we received top dollar for our house. When buying our new home, he fought for us and pushed to receive as much value as we could. He gave us his undivided attention and stayed on top of the process when it mattered most.
