ZillowVERIFIEDLynn had our home on the market for almost 90 days and was unable to sell. While she tried, she was consistently behind the market -- we did three price reductions under her. She often made excuses that she's "seeing more reductions than sales" even though there were other homes selling in the area. She was not able to find the right buyers.To her credit, when we asked to switch agents and she demurred.However, she refused to sell the photos we took during the summer which is a common courtesy amongst agents. She stated that she's "not allowed to". She pushed us to ask the broker of record for the photos who told my new agent: "I will not approve using our photos" -- clearly indicating that they are able to sell/share them.While Lynn does work hard, I don't believe she's a good agent in a down market. I strongly recommend you work with a different agency.
