Not only did she offer us sound advice and guidance throughout the home-buying process, she is also a lovely, warm and kind person and it was a joy to work with her. She was endless patient and worked hard to fulfill some of our more unusual requests. She helped us find an excellent location that fit the needs of our whole family as well as helping us clarify what our needs were and what was important to us. She negotiated well for us and answered all of the questions we had quickly, even after closing. She knows the area well and I felt she put our interests first. I wouldnt use another realtor if we need to buy or sell again, Id use her every time.

We contacted Lorna who swung into action and got us in to see the home that same day. We were told another buyer was presenting an offer so upon deciding we wanted to make an offer, we knew we were racing against time. Lorna produced a contract for us lightning quick and had it to the seller?s agent in the Knick of time and the seller took our offer. She adjusted her day and gave up her dinner hour to accomplish this! From there, she was on top of the process from start to finish - very detail oriented and was 100 percent our strong ally. She?s also an incredibly nice person. We were delighted and would like for buyers and sellers to know - that you will be in better-than good hands with Lorna on your residential real estate side!! She?s that good!!

I would definitely encourage anyone selling a home out there to not settle for any real estate agent. If we would have settled, we would still be attempting to sell our home. As far as I am concerned, Lorna is in the top tier of her profession.
