ZillowVERIFIEDI was referred to Kevin Barbarita by one of his previous clients so I gave him a call about a home I was interested in. I live out of state but I was eager to put an offer on the home without seeing it in person. Kevin advised me that he would be happy to write up the offer but pointed out some features of the home that looked a little deceiving from the listing photos. I appreciated his honesty and being upfront with me where he could have just wrote the offer and let me find out for myself. So I held off on that home and inquired with him about another one. He gave me the run down on this home as well and advised me it was a nice community and would be inline with what I was searching for. So he wrote up the offer and was diligent throughout the whole process. He even showed patience with me as I had a little issue with financing and had to switch my mortgage company after starting escrow. I can tell Kevin is a very busy man but still will pick up the phone most of the time and if not will text or call back to let you know what's going on. He's a true professional and knows his business well. I will definitely be using his services in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
