She told me the good news, and, more importantly, the bad news when it happened to arise. When I asked questions, she always made sure she had a proper answer formed before replying. I believe she helped us get the best deal we could on our house when we bought it, and she sold the house for exactly what we wanted to. I highly recommend using her as a realtor when you move to or from the Sumter/Shaw area.
