ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Kelly from Century 21 Dairyland Medford WI has been the absolute worst (real estate) experience I have ever had and I've been involved in quite a few transactions. They offer no service whatsoever. They (Kelly/Dan) pretty much do not answer/acknowledge any of my communication on my commercial listing. When they do it is not uncommon for them to tell me they will call at a certain time and then do not with no explanation. I have received very high pressure to accept things in offers that I do not want to and then actually be told that "I was being ridiculous". They are supposed to be working for me????? I have asked them to release me from my listing contract and they refuse to do so, even though EVERY other real estate agency in the area will do so if they have an unhappy client. I would warn anyone thinking of working with C21 Medford to reconsider unless you want to be treated terribly.
