In short, for me it was a huge mistake to choose her as my agent. Working with Katrina brought me only stress and negative emotions. I had a long list of complaints about her working methods, most ( but no all) of which I expressed to her personally in correspondence.

ZillowVERIFIED Love Katrina. She was absolutely honest and with us every step of the way. We used e-sign because we were far away. There was no question she didn't answer immediately....and we had tons. Even after we closed on our home she calls to ask how we are doing, can she help in some way. We feel we made a friend for life with this wonderful lady!

ZillowVERIFIED As out of state buyers, Katrinas help and skills were truly put to the test and she excelled in every aspect. She was relentless in searching out properties to show us in a very limited time frame as well as sharing business contacts and familiarizing us with the city and its regulations. Over the course of a very few weeks she made herself our advocate and friend and there was never a doubt she always had our interests first. Having purchased nearly a dozen houses I can truly say we gave never had a harder working agent on our side. Thank you Katrina!
