When my first mortgage fell through, I was devastated, but she told me to keep trying if this was the house I wanted. Because of her, I made it to the closing table. She showed me countless homes with patience and care, always keeping my budget in mind. She never gave up on meaEUR"even when I was ready to give up on myself. In short, for me it was a huge mistake to choose her as my agent. Working with Katrina brought me only stress and negative emotions. I had a long list of complaints about her working methods, most ( but no all) of which I expressed to her personally in correspondence.

Katrina was absolutely amazing! Answered every phone call and/or text. She was always available. She was honest and forthright; and, answered my questions accurately and straight forward. I fully trusted her as I made the decisions. I could not have asked for a better person to handle this sale.
