Kathy Coots

I began my career in the real estate industry in 1985 as a mortgage consultant. In early 2006, I decided to expand my career in the industry to include agency . This was the best decision of my career. I have a passion for helping people reach their real estate goals. I continue to build my business around the needs of my clients. I listen carefully, ask questions to insure I understand your needs and proceed diligently to accomplish our goal. The majority of the success I have experienced as a new agent I attribute to the sphere of influence I have gained through my community involvement. I am an active member of the PTA at my child's school. I believe it is important to work in partnership with the administration and faculty to help build a strong foundation for our children. I am a sixth grade Head Cheer leading Coach for Brookwood Football Association, a co-leader for a Cadette Girl Scout troop and an active member of my Church. I saved the best for last. I have a remarkable family that I love to spend time with creating memories for a lifetime. We enjoy traveling but prefer to spend time together around the pool in the summer time and snuggled up on the couch with a cozy fire watching a movie during the winter. I enjoy cooking and oddly enough - cleaning. I believe it is the time I cherish at home with my family that drives me to help my clients find the home of their dreams for their family.
