Julie Burnell is extremely professional. Of the agents we interviewed before listing, she was the most on point in determining sale price. As a result, we netted seven thousand dollars more than if we had listed with one of the other agents. Julie brought more services to the listing also. Within days, she presented us with three excellent offers from highly qualified buyers. She was skillful in negotiating the highest sale price. After the contracts were signed, Julie was a tremendous help in closing the sale also, offering resources and contacts that addressed all issues that came up. Julie Burnell kept every promise she made during the listing interview. She exceeded all our expectations.

I went to Julie and her associates and successfully bought a home with them. Everyone was very kind and careful with our household budget and needs in a home. From the time I first went to Julie, to the moment we closed on the house, was only a couple months. Her team worked seamlessly with my local bank to coordinate the loan. My concern with the associate I worked with was that they never encouraged negotiating, or really tried to negotiate on my behalf. I feel like this is a big reason people hire a real estate agent. I wish we could have not have paid the asking price of the home. In fact, the associate encouraged me not to negotiate in fear of losing the home. However, it should be disclaimed that the home was only in the $150,000 range, so there's not a ton of negotiating to be had, especially with other potential buyers making bids. Still, it is disappointing.My only other gripe was with communication. Any question I had had to go through the associate. There were multiple times I wanted to contact the builders directly, but couldn't. This situation was helped in that my associate was usually timely in responding to my calls/texts.As a buyer, I only paid $300 for Julie's services. I felt like this was appropriate for the services provided. I will consider going to Julie's firm in the future.
