Joshua Bartolotta

Josh is a passionate, driven agent who loves real estate. He takes pride in being knowledgeable about the market and genuinely enjoys getting to know his clients, many of whom become friends. A former actor and advertising account executive, Josh found that he was drawn to real estate sales largely as a result of those friendships that develop with clients. He feels it is a privilege to help people with such a big decision, and that the faith and trust bestowed upon him during the process is an honor. Josh has been a real estate agent for nine years and is one of the leading agents in the Rochester area, selling just over $15 million in residential real estate annually. Born and raised in Rochester, Josh now resides in Fairport with his fiancee, Sarah, and their two cats and dog, who essentially run the house. He graduated from St. John Fisher College with a degree in Communications and Journalism. It wasn't until after he returned home following several years living in New York City and Los Angeles that he realized how special Rochester is. Josh is a proud contributor to the MCC Foundation, the Willow Center for Domestic Violence, and Chairs the Section V Girls Tennis Committee. Josh has enjoyed coaching high school tennis for several years, receiving Coach of the Year honors from the D&C and Messenger Post News on three occasions.
