We loved working with Kathy Baird of the Goldsberry group to find our first house! From the first home she showed us we knew we wanted to keep working with her. Kathy knows houses, both old and new. We looked at several homes with her and she helped us see the potential in each and identify issues that we should be aware of. We really felt like she gave us her full attention throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond when we asked her to look at a home after we went to the open house on a whim. We didn?t want to put in an offer in without her eyes on it! When it came time to negotiating the details of our offer Kathy listened to us and was effective in communicating our position to the seller. The only downside in the whole process is that now that we?ve found the right home, we don?t get to go house hunting with Kathy any more! :)
