It's important you hire the right agent to represent you because often times brokers do not allow dual agency relationships; meaning the Seller agent cannot represent the Buyer too. That is a rule with my broker, and I know of many other brokers in the area also have the same rule. I would hate to see you lose out on making an offer on a home you love because you don't have an agent working for you. Often times great homes that are priced right move very fast, so having representation before you find that perfect home is very important. Plus, hiring me as your agent means I'm watching for you on a daily basis. Lastly, as a Buyer Agent I do not charge any extra fees when Buyers hire me as your agent. The seller pays me so there is no cost to you.
