We have bought and sold about 5 homes now and I have learned to do some homework to find the right real estate agent and save a big headache (this was by far our best experience). It didn't matter what my question was, where I wanted to drag him next, or when we wanted to go see properties (I had him driving all over Southern MD on Mother's Day!), Matt made us feel like our needs were his main priority. Early in the process we found a house we loved, but it turned out to be under contract. Over a month later, the contract fell thru and within hours of the house going back on the market, we were notified it was available and had a contract on it! We know if it weren't for him being on top of the most recent listings, we would have lost out on the home we have come to love.
