Jeremy Stansbury made the process of selling our home easy and smooth. Because we live out of state and this was a rental property, we truly appreciated his guidance and help, especially when suggesting and managing cosmetic repairs to get the highest offer. He predicted the property would sell within 30 days, and it did! We wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to our family and friends in the future. Jeremy's wife and partner, Basia, also handled daily communication once the offer was accepted and the closing process was in motion. She was knowledgeable and helpful, making the process incredibly easy. Even when we encountered a slight snag, she reassured us not to worry and promised that she and Jeremy would help us through the process from beginning to end.
