ZillowVERIFIED As first-time homebuyers, my boyfriend and I had no idea what to expect and the process of buying a home seemed very difficult. But we could not have been more wrong ! Sunni was amazing! She guided us through the whole process and explained everything so that we were on the same page at all times. Sunni is very knowledgeable and professional and we felt so secure having her with us during this process. What I appreciate the most was her flexibility and understanding when it came to my work schedule. Working night shift is not easy let alone while buying a house but Sunni was able to work around it. ZillowVERIFIED HAVING JENNIFER AS OUR REAL ESTATE AGENT WAS THE BEST THING WE DID IN THIS MOVING PROCESS. We hired Jennifer to help us find a house while we lived in Ohio and planned on moving to Georgia. Its hard to know if someone is good or not especially from that far away but Jennifer BLEW us away. She is one of the hardest working people Ive seen. We through a TON of curve balls and would have 3 days straight of looking at houses for 10 hours each day. We would find houses online that we wanted to see also and she contacted them while showing us her planned houses and added them en-route same day! SHE IS SO GOOD AT DOING WHATEVER IT TOOK TO FIND OUR DREAM HOME! She also has an extensive network to help when it comes to the inspection process or repairs needed. Even after we sold our house when we needed help with a few things - she was quick to respond and never made us feel like she was only working for us when we were buying the house. I would recommend Jennifer to ANYONE I know looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I would not recommend Jennifer. She was MIA after the listing agreement was signed. She supposedly has 12 years of experience, but she is not familiar with HOAs or home warrantys. I should have been reimbursed a small amount from my HOA and asked Jennifer for advice about this. She was clueless. She offers a home warranty during the listing period, but is not aware of what it covers or includes. On two occasions she attempted to state that I was jeopardizing the closing date because I had not responded to the closing attorneys requests when she was the one actually at fault. This confusion is due to her not handling any documents during the sale process. She relies on a closing company to handle all details. She loves to communicate with clients via text message. She rarely uses the actual telephone even when there are mix up or errors on her part. She arrived late to the closing meeting and left early stating that she had another closing to attend. There are too many agents in the Atlanta area. Select another one vs. using Jennifer.

She knew the area well and was able to take our interests, desires, and price point, and steer us towards areas that would fit our needs. Whenever we wanted to view a property or contact a seller, she was prompt and professional. The market up here is highly competitive but Jennifer was quick to make offers and handle any paperwork on homes we showed interest in. In the end we found our home and thanks to Jennifer we were able to make a deal and work with the seller despite competing against several cash offers.
