I highly recommend Jenifer. I transferred from another state to Shawnee, OK and Jenifer made the house hunting side of it very easy. She was very responsive and kept us current on listings as they became available. Jenifer had sold more comps in the prior 6 months and had shorter time on the market than any other realtor in the area. She was very responsive and gave us great insight on repairs, pricing, etc. She did a fantastic job on staging the home for showings. We had a great offer after 3 days on the Market.
