Jason met with us promptly and was very nice. We explained my husband was a veteran and would be using a VA home loan. He immediately got us in contact with a va rep to get us our preapproval. Once that was done he helped with how much we should offer and the sellers agreed!! We are so excited to finally be homeowners and Jason made it happen. I am super pleased with his professionalism and he was even very sweet to our two little girls that came with us to look at the house. I would highly recommend him as anyone elses agent who needs one! Thank you Jason for making this happen!

When buying our current home we had and issue with the seller not moving out. Jason jumped right in rolling up his sleeves and was moving the guys stuff out. Highly impressed with his hand on assistance. He stood by us the entire time. So when selling our old house we went to him. When selling our house we had issues as well , however Jason stood up and fought for us even when the buyers were being difficult. If your buying or selling Jason has your back. We would recommend him over and over without hesitation .

ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Jason as a real estate agent. I enjoyed working with him and gave him all 5 stars. Since my house did not sell - through no fault of his own - I did not get to experience his "Negotiation skills". My house was listed from end of June 2019 to end of August 2020. However, it was off the market during the spring of 2020 due to the Covid restrictions - making 2020 a tough time to sell a house.
