John was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough about how amazing he is. I felt the entire time like we were family! I had to look at a lot of houses and John was quick to set up the appointments. He communicated with me every step and was incredibly responsive and he did what he said he would do! He also worked with my work schedule so our viewings were often at 6,7,8 pm and he was totally understanding and accommodating. He worked through two contracts (one the inspection was horrible and we backed out) and provided me invaluable knowledge and guidance through the process of walking away from the one home and was incredibly helpful negotiating 10k off of the asking price for the home I did purchase. John went to bat for me many many times and if I were ever going to sell my current property or buy another, hes the one I would call!
