She immediately came into our home and got to understand us before she understood our needs. Right from our first meeting she was warm, engaging and understanding. The process with her was kept simple and she was available to answer any question and calm any fears we had every step along the way. Throughout the journey we had a friend in our corner and it was such a relief. While I dont want to have to do any of this again anytime soon, if I had to I know exactly who I would want to use and who I would recommend to anyone in the house buying or selling. I was constantly sending her homes (literally all day everyday) I wanted to see. She was always keeping track of everything I was sending her, and making appointments within minutes of me reaching out. If Jaimee was ever not available, she would send someone from her team to show me a home in such a timely fashion. To add to her diligence, Jaimee is honest and so knowledgeable. She would tell me when she felt something was not right. She would do research on the neighborhoods of each home we saw, and would do a drive through every home we saw. Jaimee always knew how much the homes in the area were selling for and would tell me when she thought something was over or under priced. During our walkthroughs she would not onlyshow me the home, but also look around at the structure of the house and point out great things about the home, as well as things that she is concerned about. For someone who doesnt know much about homes, she made this process so easy. I LOVE my new home and could not be more thankful for her. She is absolutely wonderful and can do no wrong in my eyes.
