Haley Taylor

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

You don't always need a large down payment. I work with a variety of lenders that can assist with down payments and low credit. Do not stop at your first denied application. CALL ME :)

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Follow your agent's advise for home improvements, marketing plan, and market analysis.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

First time home buyers are my specialty BUT I work with a number of investors and vacation home buyers.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Handing the keys to a first time home buyer beats all. Especially when they get money BACK at closing for buying a home!!

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

You could say I started in 2010 assisting my mom with her selling homes in Virginia Beach, VA. I began as an Assistant in 2020. After a year of education and learning how to assist buyers/sellers, I got my Real Estate license in 2021. Became a Full Broker in 2022 and have loved every bit of learning and helping clients.

From day one Haley was very informative, on top of every detail, and worked extremely hard to help us finally get our home! We have been trying to find a realtor and lender for a year now to help us finally buy a home and Haley has been the best Realtor we have came across! She was our main contact during the whole process and always answered questions even if it wasn?t her area! Hands down amazing! Would highly recommend!

Best agent I?ve experienced throughout the home buying process. She went to multiple locations and gave me virtual tours as I was not in the local area. Made sure I was taken care of, I will only use her in future real estate deals should I buy more.

Haley was exceptional in helping my wife and me find a home. Moving to a new area is always a stressful endeavor, but with her on our side it made it feel like we already knew the area. She listened to exactly what we were looking for, and was extremely knowledgeable about the homes that were on the market. I am very grateful that we found a realtor that was patient in both finding the perfect home for us, as well as guiding us through the buying process. We were never left feeling like we didnt know what was coming next or unsure of what we should be doing. In all, I highly recommend her to anybody that is looking for a home and wants uncompromising service!

Super professional and timely, it didnt matter what my work schedule was or what time I messaged with questions she still replied or called! I met her to see houses before I truly knew what I was looking for and she helped brainstorm what would work best for me. She even got my previous house listed within 24 hours and sold within 72 hours!

Haley has been amazing. She explained everything and even the odd ball first time home buyer questions. She went above and beyond meeting with inspectors on my behalf because I was hours away. She respected my timeline to have everything done, worked with my lender, helped find an affordable insurance and even a contractor for pre-closure repairs.

Answered Questions

Do I need a home inspection for new construction?

I always recommend a home inspection, even if its New Construction. They are hired professionals and licensed to look for things that we may miss or may not be accessible (crawlspace & attic).
