If youre looking for an agent who is professional and 100% invested in finding you a home in this crazy market definitely consider hiring Alexis. From the time we started working with Alexis, we could tell how much she cared about finding us a homeaEUR? not any home, but a home that we truly loved! Alexis is always on top of her game, she answers questions right away and is searching listings as they pop up on the market. One of the things I like most about her is that she is persistent, she will NEVER give up. When we thought all hope was lost, we stumbled upon Alexis and she literally gave us a whole new view on the housing market. She remained optimistic throughout the entire process, and taught us to never settle for a house that we didnt love(which we were about to do).Most importantly, her knowledge in real estate is incredible, which is definitely essential when competing with multiple offers! I don't even know where to begin and 5 stars are not enough! We've bought and sold many homes in 4 states, over the last 20 years so we've had a lot of experience with Realtors. We've had some great ones, but only a couple that stand out, Alexis is one of these. We moved from Colorado, so we knew nothing about the Carolinas. Alexis is an invaluable resource, she walked us through the process (it's a little different in NC than SC), helped us figure out which state to live in according to our needs and wants, levelled out bumps along the way, pointed out things we had no idea about (good and bad) in homes, saw things we didn't even think about.. the list goes on. She even coordinated with our Realtor in Colorado to close on both homes, in Colorado, on the same day so that we could just move in when we got to SC. If you have been fortunate enough to have worked with her you know what I'm talking about. Sure made a very stressful process seemless and fun!
