From there, I stayed very hands-on — coordinating with the lender, attorney, and inspectors, keeping communication flowing, and making sure deadlines were met.

Of course, a few challenges popped up along the way, as they usually do. But instead of letting stress take over, we focused on solutions. By staying proactive and working collaboratively with everyone involved, we kept the deal together and on schedule.
Closing day was the best part. Seeing the relief and pride on my client’s face reminded me why I love what I do. Helping someone reach a milestone like that never gets old.
