This time Gene helped us sell one condo and do a 1031 exchange into another property. Thanks to Gene's knowledge of the Myrtle Beach market, we were able to sell our property at the highest point of value and buy into another nicer property at a reasonable price. Gene's knowledge helped us price our listing at the right point. His persistence helped to sell our property quickly for the maximum amount. After the sale of the first property Gene guided us through the 1031 exchange process. We were fortunate enough to find a property we were interested in quickly. I wanted to negotiate but Gene advised against negotiating since we could lose the property and jeopardize our 1031 exchange. He was absolutely correct, and his advice paid off. Thanks to Gene's understanding of the market, we were able to maximize our property appreciation and invest in a condo with a higher return on investment. Gene is the only realtor I would ever consider in Myrtle Beach!!
